Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Same Day Patch ("we", "us") collects through samedaypatch.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the quote request form, call or email us, we receive what you choose to give us, such as:
- Your name, company, phone number and email address
- Project location, number and size of holes, target date and notes
- Photos you attach (photos can contain location data stored by your phone)
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
Site statistics. Our site runs through Cloudflare, which provides basic visitor statistics, such as page views, page load speed, and the general region and type of device visitors use. These statistics do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. We use them only to see how the site is used and to keep it fast.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising tracking.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule a walkthrough or work
- To contact you about your project
- To keep business records, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that host this website and deliver our email. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- Cloudflare. Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. It processes your IP address and browser details to do that, and to produce the cookie-free statistics described above. Cloudflare also hides our email address in the page code from spam bots. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers how it handles this.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's own privacy policy covers how it handles this.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may move to the new owner under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project information for as long as needed to respond, complete the work and keep normal business records, then delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website, email or internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through the form.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
This site is for businesses in the construction industry. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
If this site links to another website, that site's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
