It is not engineering, structural, code or legal advice, and it is not an assessment of any particular slab, building or project. Decisions about structural repairs, fire-rated assemblies and code compliance on your project rest with the owner, the engineer of record, the architect and the authority having jurisdiction.
Elevated slabs only
Our service is offered for elevated and suspended concrete slabs only. It is not offered for slab-on-grade.
Pricing and quotes
Prices shown on the site are per hole and are a starting point only. They are not an offer and do not create a contract. Final price, scope, schedule and terms depend on the holes and site conditions we review, and are set only in a written quote or agreement accepted by both parties. That written quote or agreement controls over anything on this site. We may change the prices on the site at any time.
Sending a quote request does not create a contract or reserve a date. Work is scheduled only after we confirm it in writing.
Your submissions
When you send us information or photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to respond to your request and prepare a quote. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, false information, harmful code, or anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server.
